Website Technology Detector By NDMA Media is a browser extension designed to identify technologies used by websites.
Website Analysis
When a user opens the extension, it temporarily analyzes the currently active webpage to identify publicly detectable technologies such as content management systems, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, JavaScript frameworks and libraries, WordPress plugins, page builders, CDN services, live chat tools, and related web technologies.
Data Collection
The extension does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, passwords, or payment information.
Website content inspected for technology detection is processed for the purpose of displaying the detection results to the user.
Data Transmission
Website Technology Detector By NDMA Media does not sell user data. The extension does not transmit analyzed webpage content to NDMA Media servers for technology detection.
Data Storage
The extension does not maintain a remote history of websites analyzed by users.
Export Feature
Users may choose to export technology detection results to CSV or PDF. Exporting occurs only when initiated by the user.
Permissions
The extension uses activeTab and scripting permissions to analyze the active webpage when the user invokes the extension. The downloads permission is used to save user-requested exports.
Remote Code
The extension does not download or execute remote executable code. Executable extension code is included in the extension package.
